Zorg & facility takes place simultaneously with the professional events Zorg & facility and Zorg & ict , from April 14th to 16th, 2024, in halls 7, 8, and 9 at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.

Zorg & food is the meeting place where, in one visit, you can gather targeted information and inspiration on everything related to healthy and sustainable nutrition. Speakers share their knowledge on the Mainstage Food, and exhibitors showcase their latest solutions, applications, and food technologies.

Zorg & ict is the largest health tech event in the Netherlands and the annual meeting point where healthcare professionals learn to successfully implement innovations to collaborate on future-proof healthcare.

With your entry ticket for Zorg & facility, you also have free access to Zorg & food and Zorg & ict

Zorg & ict, Zorg & food and Zorg & facility are partners of Dutch Health Week.

From April 12  to 19th, 2026, Dutch Health Week will once again take place in the city and region of Utrecht. It will be the premier gathering for professionals in the healthcare and life sciences sectors to share knowledge.

Accessibility Zorg & facility »

You can drive to the halls by car. Jaarbeurs is clearly marked along Utrecht’s ring road. Signs will guide you to the limited parking areas at P2, P4, and P6 of Jaarbeurs. The parking rate is €4.40 per hour. The daily rate (from 0:01 to 23:59) for P2, P4, and P6 is €28. Please pre-book a day pass and save €4,-

Avoid queues by pre-booking a day pass online.Enter your license plate number for contactless entry and exit. The daily rate varies by date.

At P4, there are ample parking spaces available for individuals with disabilities. Upon presentation of a disability parking card, you can park here, provided that the cardholder is present. It’s not possible to pre-book disabled parking spaces. For disabled visitors, we want to emphasize that parking is not free but charged at the regular parking rate.

The parking rate is €4.40 per hour (P2, P4, and P6). The daily rate (from 0:01 am to 11:59 pm) for P2, P4, and P6 is €28,- on-site. Prices are subject to change.

From P4, you can access the West entrance of the Exhibition and Congress Center via a bridge. We understand that accessibility is essential for everyone. Therefore, we offer the option to use an elevator to cross the bridge. There’s a phone number on the elevator that you can call to use it. Please be aware that there might be a short waiting time before the lift can be used.

If you need to be on time for an event in the Beatrix building or a movie at the Kinepolis cinema, we recommend planning your visit well. Allocate extra time to wait for the lift so you can attend the event at ease.

Additionally, there are four disabled parking spaces along Mineurslaan.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our event venue accessible and safe for everyone.

P4, Jaarbeurs – navigate to Truus van Lierlaan 1, Utrecht

Follow signs for P+R from the highway and park your car for only €6 at one of the four P+R parking locations in Utrecht.

With a combined ticket, you and up to 5 colleagues can travel from the P+R parking area to Jaarbeurs, making it a cost-effective group journey! You can get a combined ticket from the P+R parking area’s payment machine.

Below are all the P+R parking locations in Utrecht along with estimated travel times to Jaarbeurs. Plan your trip in advance.

P + R Berlijnplein
Travel time to Jaarbeurs approximately 20 minutes.

P + R Papendorp
Travel time to Jaarbeurs approximately 25 minutes.

P + R Science Park
Travel time to Jaarbeurs approximately 30 minutes.

P + R Westraven
Travel time to Jaarbeurs approximately 15 minutes.

All conference and meeting rooms, as well as facilities such as cloakrooms and restrooms, are accessible by elevator or escalator and are wheelchair-friendly. Separate restroom facilities are available for visitors with disabilities.

In the Beatrix building, the restroom for individuals with disabilities is located on the ground floor, across the cloakroom, on the 2nd floor, and on the 4th floor. The key can be obtained at the reception.

In the exhibition and congress center, there is an accessible restroom in each hall, as well as on the first floor for visitors of the conference rooms. Additionally, there is an accessible restroom in the central hall near Entrance East, next to the pond. These restrooms are only open during events
