Select your participation package

We are happy to provide information and advice on the various packages and options. The Royal Start package is applicable to every participant. In addition to this mandatory package, you can select one of the additional packages: Royal Leads, Royal Branding, Royal Campaign, or Royal Superior. New: the Sustainable Participation Package.

Choose your location

If you would like an overview of all currently available stand locations, please check the interactive floor plan. You can choose from a row, corner, head, or island location. Additionally, there are A-locations. Our account managers are available to provide advice.

Choose your stand construction

Your stand is the first thing a visitor sees. A professional and recognizable appearance is crucial! We have favorable agreements with stand builders and offer complete full-service stand construction packages for every budget. From 20 m2, self-built stand construction is permitted.

Sustainable impact

The new European legislation requires your company to be transparent about its sustainability efforts. Jaarbeurs assists exhibitors in complying with this new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). From the Sustainable Participation Package, separating waste during construction and deconstruction days to sustainable catering.
