My Jaarbeurs allows you to efficiently prepare for your participation. It consolidates all necessary information in one place and provides an Exhibitor Checklist. Here’s an overview of what you will find within My Jaarbeurs:

Your unique invitation link
As an exhibitor, you have a unique invitation link to promote your participation and invite contacts. You can find this link in the ROI dashboard within the My Jaarbeurs portal.
To access the ROI dashboard on My Jaarbeurs, navigate to ‘network platform, your ROI dashboard & invitation link for visitors.’ Click on ‘view your ROI & invitation link for visitors,’ and then on ‘go to the dashboard.’

Eventplatform
The Zorg & facility event platform is where the event converges digitally. It’s the perfect opportunity to stay connected with visitors—before, during, and after the event!
The platform opens in preparation for Zorg & facility 2026; you will automatically receive a notification. As an exhibitor, you have free access.
Communication visitor statistics
Immediately following Zorg & facility 2026, on Friday, April 17th at 3:00 PM, all participants will receive the factsheet containing the daily visitor statistics during the event. Visitor numbers will not be published during the event days.
Promotional kit for exhibitors
That’s convenient! In the promotional kit, you will find the logos and atmospheric images of Zorg & facility that you can use license-free for publications.
Sustainable impact
The new European legislation requires transparency from your company regarding sustainability efforts. Jaarbeurs assists you as an exhibitor in complying with this new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). From the sustainable participation package, separating waste during construction and de-construction days to sustainable catering.
